A chartered Construction Manager, Chartered Waste Manager, Chartered Building Engineer, and Chartered Manager, Aaron has led large, complex estates and multidisciplinary teams across facilities management, infrastructure, building services, commercial property, land and water management, emergency services, and capital projects.
Aaron has held senior roles overseeing a wide range of services including airports, ports, harbours, Islands, waste and water systems, M&E compliance, highways, woodland and farmland management, housing, care services, visitor attractions, and coastal defences.
He brings a rare breadth of experience, blending technical acumen with a people-first leadership style.
His background includes business ownership, local government infrastructure management, and charity leadership—delivering major service transformation programmes, operational improvements, and strategic change.
Aaron is also a qualified Mental Health First Aider, & trainer, a FREC3 medic, founding Chair of MIND in his region. He is passionate about coaching, building resilient teams, and fostering workplace wellbeing.
